Clarkson's 'Stronger' single hits 3 million

This week, one of American Idol's judges outsells the former contestants. But just because Jennifer Lopez's Dance Again outsold Kelly Clarkson's Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) 75,000 to 72,000 doesn't mean the Idols didn't put up some big numbers.

For one thing, that 72,000 put Stronger past the 3 million mark, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Also, nine tracks from Blown Away made SoundScan's list of Top Country Digital Tracks, led by the title cut's 66,000 downloads.

A couple of singers who've found additional success on other shows also showed up on this week's charts. Jamar Rogers, a Hollywood-round contestant from Season 8 who made this season's semi-finals on The Voice, sold 22,000 copies of his version of If You Don't Know Me by Now. And Touch Me, a Smash cast recording featuring Season 5 runner-up Katharine McPhee, sold 18,000 downloads.
