Kelly Clarkson sees marriage in her future
Winner of the first season of American Idol, Kelly Clarkson says she sees marriage in her future with her current boyfriend, Brandon Blackstock.
On Yahoo! Clarkson explained how she met her boyfriend, he is the son of her current manager and Clarksons favorite singer, Reba McEntires step son. Blackstock introduced himself as a guy from Clarksons hometown! She responded with We are so getting married.
A year ago, Clarkson was talking about how she has never been in love due to her inability to let people get close to her. Looks like times have changed.
According to Us Weekly Clarkson says Once you finally fall in love with someone and you are so comfortable with them, it makes you more comfortable in your skin.
She became famous off of American Idol but Clarkson has definitely made a name for herself. Each album she released had a different spin. The first album, Thankful was her album after winning American Idol. It had her Pop spin on the songs. Breakaway, featured a Rock style genre, while All I ever Wanted was a deeper album where she sang more songs about break ups. Her most recent album, Stronger shows a powerful, more mature side of Clarkson.
Clarkson says she and her boyfriend are taking it slow, but hopes one day they will get married.
