Kelly Clarkson For Lawson Collaboration?

New all-male pop-rockers Lawson have expressed their desire to work with Queen Of The Genre Kelly Clarkson.

The not-exactly-ugly boys said after meeting her at the Capital FM Summertime Ball on Saturday that they would definitely be open to the idea of a studio hook-up.

"She is the nicest women ever," they said of the famously witty American Idol winner.

They added: "To be fair, weve got a few tunes where Kelly would be great on!"

Kelly, who is currently promoting her amazing new single 'Dark Side', performed a string of hits at the Wembley Stadium gig on Saturday.

Taking to the stage after a certain Chris Martin-fronted band, she joked: "Im not sure how you follow Coldplay, but thank you to those guys for opening for me its not everyday you can say Coldplay opened for you!"

Kelly's recent record Stronger has already spawned the global hits 'Mr Know It All' and 'What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)", adding to her already impressive back catalogue, which also includes 'Since U Been Gone' and 'My Life Would Suck Without You'.
