Kelly Clarkson and Bruno Mars to perform on 'X Factor'

Kelly Clarkson and Bruno Mars will be performing on the Fox reality show, The X Factor this week during the live results show on Wednesday night. Clarkson will be performing her next single, What Doesnt Kill You (Stronger) and Mars will be performing his single off of the latest The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn soundtrack, It Will Rain. The theme of the X Factor show this week: Giving Thanks.
Entertainment Weekly reported that the two music superstars will be taking the X Factor stage this week and that Clarkson will be reunited with her American Idol judge, Simon Cowell.
TV By The Numbers reported that this will be Clarksons first performance of What Doesnt Kill You (Stronger) on broadcast television.
The remaining acts on the The X Factor will be facing a double elimination this week, leaving only seven acts one step closer to the five million dollar recording contract and a Pepsi commercial. The final acts include for team Cowell; Drew, Melanie Amaro and Rachel Crow. For team Abdul; Lakoda Rayne, for team Scherzinger; Josh Krajcik and LeRoy Bell, for team L.A. Reid; Astro, Chris Rene, and Marcus Canty.
Kelly Clarksons album Stronger reached number two on the Billboard top 200 charts and Bruno Mars has sold 30 million singles worldwide, and was honored with a place on the 2011 Time 100 list.
