Idols on the radio: Clarkson, James, etc.

Kelly Clarkson continues to rule the roost when it comes to American Idol airplay. Both Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) and Dark Side have at least 3,000 more spins than the third-most-played Idol song, Carrie Underwood's Blown Away.

Idols see some progress on the country charts this week, as Carrie Underwood's Blown Away moves from No. 27 to No. 21. Also, Casey James' Crying on a Suitcase cracks the top 30 this week, and Scotty McCreery's Water Tower Town finally breaks into the top 40.

The Urban AC chart also has three Idols: Jordin Sparks at No. 14 with her Celebrate duet with the late Whitney Houston, Leah LaBelle's Sexify at No. 28 and Michael Lynche's Who's Gonna Love You More at No. 29.
