Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, George Strait, Hunter Hayes Among ACM Awards Performers

The Academy of Country Music hasannouncedthatLuke Bryan,Kelly Clarkson,Hunter Hayes,Blake Shelton,George Strait,Miranda Lambert,andThe Band Perrywill perform during theACM Awardson April 7 in Las Vegas.
The 48th annual event iscohosted this year by Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan, and it will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on CBS. Blake, Luke, and Miranda are also three of the fivenomineesfor Entertainer of the Year this year; that list also includes Jason Aldean and last years winner, Taylor Swift. Fan voting to determine the winner of that category will begin March 25.
This is the first round of performers the ACM has made public for this years ceremony, with more names likely to come in the weeks ahead.
