Michelle Obama reveals music picks: Kelly Clarkson, Frank Ocean, more
The First Lady opened up about her favourite music in an interview with People, explaining that she would love to see Ocean and Clarkson triumph at Sunday's (February 10) Grammy Awards.

"Album of the Year: Channel Orange, Frank Ocean," she said. "He's a young innovative performer with a soulful sound.
"Song of the Year: 'Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)', Kelly Clarkson. It's an empowering song with a positive message."
Michelle also explained that she loves working out to music, saying: "'Whip My Hair' by Willow Smith always gets me moving - and it's just so inspiring how young and talented she is! I also love anything by Beyonc - and of course 'Move Your Body' gets me going not just because it's a great song, but because of the amazing video she did to help get kids active in support of [my childhood obesity campaign] Let's Move!"

Michelle went on to reveal that her daughter Malia has introduced her to artists such as Elle Varner and Jill Scott, and added that Ledisi's song 'Bravo' "really moves" her.
Elsewhere, she explained that her song with her husband is Al Green's 'Let's Stay Together', which the president memorably performed at a fundraising event last year.

"Barack and I danced to 'Let's Stay Together' at his Inauguration, and it was such a special moment for us," she said. "We had spent all day together with our family and friends at different Inaugural events, and at the end of the day the dance was really our one-on-one moment with each other. We! ll, each ! other and everyone watching on TV!"
However, Michelle joked that she won't be showcasing her own vocal range any time soon, quipping: "Let's just say my husband is the real singer in the family."
