Kelly Clarkson Inspires Flash Mob in 'What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)' Video

Last month, Kelly Clarkson challenged her fans to submit videos of a predetermined dance routine to be used in her clip for "What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)." "I'd like everyone to join me in my global flash mob!" the pop star wrote. On Wednesday (Dec. 14), the finished clip was revealed, with shots of Clarkson fans performing the routine interspersed with glossy performance footage of the former "American Idol" star.

At the beginning of the clip, Clarkson is sitting in a video control room, watching her fans show off their best dance moves while apparently signaling actors to get in place for a flash mob. At the 2:30 mark, all the dancers assemble behind Clarkson for a joyful rendition of her routine -- and the singer even throws in a few karate moves for good measure.

Kelly Clarkson, 'Stronger': Track-By-Track Review

"What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)" is the second single from "Stronger," Clarkson's fifth album released in October; the first single, "Mr. Know It All," still resides at No. 18 on the Hot 100. On Dec. 27, Clarkson will release a 9-track iTunes Sessions album that includes both singles, a few older hits and a cover of "I'll Be Home For Christmas."

Clarkson will also showcase "What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)" and her other hits on the Stronger 2012 tour, which kicks off Jan. 13, 2012 in Mashantucket, Conn. The trek follows performances at the iHeartRadio Festival in September and Z100's Jingle Ball last Friday, among others.
